Delivery Information

STANDARD DELIVERY

  • All orders for ready stock will be ship out on the next day after receiving the payment from customer except on PUBLIC HOLIDAY , FRIDAY & SATURDAY. Please note that orders on Friday and Saturday only able to ship out on Monday.
  • We aim to deliver orders within five to seven working days of orders for PREORDER STOCK. However, sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer. Please note that Saturday and Sunday , Malaysia Public Holiday are not classed as working days. 
  • If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date , we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, damages or expenses arising out of late delivery.If you fail to take deliver or collection, postage service crew may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier. If you have not received your delivery in 10 working days please contact our HQ Customer Service. (customerservice@mydees.com)
  • Please note, no changes can be made to the delivery address you have provided once your order has been placed. Should you have any inquiry , please contact our online service team member at www.facebook.com/mydees.  
  • Shipping fee  RM8  will be charge on every purchased below RM50 ( Ship in WEST MALAYSIA  )
  • Shipping fee RM15 will be charge on every purchased below RM150 ( Ship to Singapore/ EAST MALAYSIA )

  • To track your order, please use the tracking number sent to you in the confirmation email about your items have been shipped out. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.
