Exchange Policy

We are happy to accept a return subject to the EXCHANGE POLICY as below:

  • STRICTYLY NO cash refund.
  • Returns are accepted within 14days from the delivered date together with the proof of purchased.
  • Return item must be unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused with all the original tags/labels attached.
  • Gift card, discount, clearance and second items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Swimwear, sport wear and under garments cannot be returned or exchange due to hygiene reason. 
  • Return and shipping cost will be charged by your own. You will hold full responsibility until the parcel reach us.  
  • Only exchangeable for colors or size in the SAME item. We only refund its price by sending you an online voucher code if the return items is out of stock. You can use the OVC (online voucher code) to make a new purchase.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if return items fail to meet the criteria above.
